Terms of Service

The service is provided under a monthly or yearly subscription with a monthly delivery quota, SLA delivery window, and strictly one active app per client at a time.

The client is responsible for accounts, cloud infrastructure, domain names, and third-party API keys registered in their name. The studio is invited as a technical collaborator.

Cancellation, refunds, and code ownership strictly follow the Refund Policy and Code Retention Policy. Payments are processed securely via Polar.sh acting as Merchant of Record.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time prior to renewal via the client billing portal.
